Kiran teaches yoga in Vancouver,Burnaby & New West

Yoga is not just stretching; it’s about balancing the body, through developing both strength & flexibility. My goal is to help people learn how to heal their own health to understand their own body.

Besides Hatha, Power, Kundalini & Corporate Yoga; I also offer private yoga classes where an individual can get benefit through hands on attention. Many times people feel shy to ask question in class, but a private class can be designed according to your needs.

Yoga has touched my life in every way – I want to share my knowledge with others.
